Each Team Sport Technologies website contains multiple levels of permissions to control the way members can access and edit information. Members must be logged into the website to gain access to the different permission types. Permission types include the following:
Webmaster
A member with webmaster access has complete control over all pages, content and assigning other members to different permission types.
Admin Control Panel Access
Members with this permission type can access additional site settings and functionality. Access can be granted to the different website tools and modules which include the following:
- Website Admin - allows control of the different website features and tools such as left-panel graphics, power poll, schedule upload and default tags.
- Registration - allows control of viewing registration records, generating reports and sending messages to registrants.
- Financials - allows for viewing of financial information from online registrations.
Edit Mode
Assigning members edit mode access allows the member to add, edit and delete content on a particular page and all children pages relative to the page. Members can also delete the page and add new children pages.
Private View Access
Members with private view access grants the member the ability to "View" the page and all parent pages relative to the page.
