Along with a huge server cluster upgrade and the mad rush of hockey season, it has been a crazy couple of months in the development department. Tonight we are proud to announce the launch of TST Version 2.3.0.

While a majority of the upgrade enhances the website "under the hood," so to speak- there are still a large number of new and enhanced features that you'll notice right away. We've really focused our attention on team sections for this release, with a lot of the the new features and functionality inspired by some great client feedback.

So, what's new in Version 2.3.0?

Persistent navigation within Team Sections
Roster and Stat pages have become better organized and easier to use. We've broken the old Stat page into two new pages; a page called "Season Statistics" that show current season totals and a page called "Game Center" that shows individual games. To toggle these pages on or off, click the "Edit Page Settings" link while in Edit Mode.

New "Player Profile" Pages
Use familiar Page Elements to customize individual Player Profile pages. Add the new Page Element called "Individual Stats" while on a Player Profile page to display Season Totals and Game Log statistics that pertain to the individual. Coaches and team managers can choose to show Player Profile pages for any, all or none of the rostered players.

Sortable Game and Season Statistics
While viewing individual game or current season totals, click on any column heading within a stat table and the column will automatically be sorted.

Enhanced Season Statistics and Game Center Page Navigation
Take a look at individual game details within the new "Game Center" page. Easily navigate from game to game using the new drop-down menu and arrows at the top of the page.

Enhanced "Table Builder" Page Element Workflow
New features include:

• Import CSV or Excel files
• Export to Excel
• Table data is now optionally sortable on the front-end

Enhanced Inline iCal and RSS Support
Clicking on an iCal or RSS link now launches a new in-line window providing further instruction and recommendations on how to use these features.

Enhanced SPAM Protection
Now site visitors have the ability to email an individual using the Contact Page Element. A new email tool is launched from within the site, keeping email addresses completely hidden from the general public.

New "Site Admin" Section
The Site Admin tools have also been moved to their own section of the site. We've also included a news feed from the Team Sport Technologies site to keep you updated on the latest features to your system.

Enhanced News Aggregator "Expanded View"
Now display full-length news articles on your Home page or team page using the enhanced News Aggregator Page Element. To update your News Aggregator settings, go to Edit Mode and then click the "Edit" button on the news aggregator, update the "Expanded View" setting to change how many full length news articles you would like to display.

Updated "Add a Page" Menu
When clicking "Add New Page" you'll notice a new selection menu that provides further instructions for each page type.
