The new liberating Version 2.4.0 features are:

Page Move Functionality
Move pages from one section of your website to another. Reorganize team pages. Easily adjust your website hierarchy to satisfy your organization's continually changing communication needs. Move pages into "disabled" sections to archive for future use.

Page Element Move Functionality
Move individual Page Elements from one page to another. Redistribute existing page content onto new new pages. Move Page Elements onto "disabled" pages to archive for future use.

Both new features utilize current website administration user permission settings.
